We started off by listing all the countries we wanted to visit and went from there. They are all typical ‘backpacker’ destinations but that doesn’t stop us. We want to experience all those amazing things too!

Once our list was made, we quickly realised that our 5 month timescale was no where near enough time to see all these places and to fully appreciate what they all have to offer. So we extended our trip to a total of 10 months. We would happily go for longer, however as of right now, it’s a 10 month trip.

We plan to spend a total of 4 months in Asia, a month each in Australia and New Zealand leaving 4 months to visit Fiji and South America with a quick stop in North America. We are pretty flexible though so are happy to switch up the plan if we wanted to.
